Cancellation Policy

To provide all of our clients with exceptional service, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please be sure to read this policy prior to booking your appointment.

Changes with more than 24 hours

We realise that things come up and schedules change. If you need to make a change or cancel your booking, we’re happy to do this completely free of charge as long as the change is requested more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment here.

Changes with less than 24-hour notice

We cannot accommodate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations or changes with less than 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to the full cost of the booked treatment. The charge will be automatically debited from the credit card you provided at the time of booking.

“No Show”

If you book an appointment and do not attend, the credit card you provided at the time of your booking will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.

Running late

If you’re running late, it’s always best to give us a call to let us know. However, please note that a late arrival could mean there’s not enough time to complete all or part of your treatment. In this instance, you will still be required to pay the full cost of your booked treatment.
